The Kapil Sharma Show has been in the news many a times ever since the drunken brawl and the controversies revolving around it! Now again the show’s name popped up after the host Kapil Sharma cancelled the shoots with the team of Jab Harry Met Sejal and then Mubarakan. The rumors started that the show is bound to end soon as even the contract with the channel is almost over. However, Kapil’s co-star and comedian Kiku Sharda rubbished all these speculations!
Kiku Sharda maintained that the show is very much strong and they will continue to shoot. Talking to Bollywoodlife.com, Kiku Sharda said, “Kapil’s absence due to his ill-health has fanned stupid speculations. I don’t want to comment and fan all this further. We have started shooting for the coming weekend.” Now apart from channel’s contract, there was also this buzz that Kapil was ill and was in depression due to the low TRPs of the show. Kiku retorted, “Total rubbish, people are saying anything they feel like.”
Not only Kiku Sharda, but even Mubarakan star Arjun Kapoor earlier took to Twitter to clear the negative air around Kapil Sharma and his show. Speculations were rife that Kapil made the Mubarakan team wait for four hours. However he Tweeted, “He didn’t keep us waiting. He unfortunately fell sick. The #Mubarakan team wishes @KapilSharmaK9 gets well soon & keeps making us smile.”
